Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the Flirtique application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

The Service is operated by Sunset Bytes Pty Ltd (ACN 699 875 128; ABN 92 699 875 128), an Australian company ("Sunset Bytes", "we", "us", or "our").

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Flirtique. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you will abide by all the terms and conditions herein.

You agree to use Flirtique only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner. You must NOT:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Create fake or misleading profiles
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Solicit money or financial information from other users
• Share explicit, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation or advertising
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
• Share another user's personal information without their consent

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, without notice or refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

You may only create one account per person. Duplicate accounts will be removed.

Flirtique offers a free tier and two paid subscription tiers (Gold and Platinum). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

• Prices are displayed in your local currency. Apple App Store and Google Play set the equivalent local price for each region; the price you see in the app and on the store listing is the price you'll be charged.
• Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google through your store account. Sunset Bytes never sees your payment details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Refund requests for Apple App Store purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled by Google.

Promotional pricing and the Flirtique Special

From time to time we offer promotional pricing. The Flirtique Special is a one-time offer of three months of Platinum at a discount to the standard monthly price.

• It may be purchased once per account, ever. Once you have bought it, it will not be offered to you again, including after it has expired. The limit applies to your account rather than to your device, so reinstalling the app, clearing app data, or signing in on another device will not make the offer available a second time.
• It is a one-off purchase, not a subscription, and does not auto-renew. It grants Platinum features for three months from the date of purchase.
• When those three months end, the promotional price ends with them. Platinum access stops unless you take out a standard subscription, and standard pricing then applies — the discounted rate is not carried over, extended, or applied to any later subscription or renewal.
• Any comparison price shown alongside it (for example a struck-through three-month figure) is three times the current standard monthly Platinum price in your local currency, shown so you can see the value of the discount.
• Promotional offers are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with another promotional offer, trial, or grant covering the same period. We may change or withdraw a promotional offer at any time; withdrawing an offer does not affect a purchase you have already completed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you've paid for.

If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us within 30 days at billing@flirtique.app.

The Flirtique rewards wheel is free to play. No purchase is necessary to play or to win. Every registered user receives one free spin every 24 hours, regardless of whether they hold a paid subscription or have made any in-app purchase.

Buying a subscription, virtual gift, boost, or any other in-app item does not entitle you to additional spins and does not improve your chance of winning any prize. All spin outcomes are determined at random.

Entry into the monthly Platinum prize draw is also free. Bonus entries are earned through free actions such as completing your profile, referring a friend, or maintaining a login streak. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win, and making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

• Rewards and prizes are virtual items or subscription credit within Flirtique. They have no cash value, and no cash alternative is available.
• Rewards and prizes are personal to you. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged, and they are forfeited if your account is suspended, terminated, or deleted.
• Promotions are open to registered Flirtique users aged 18 or over, and are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• We may vary, suspend, or withdraw any reward, promotion, or prize draw at any time, and we may disqualify entries obtained through automation, duplicate accounts, or other manipulation of the Service.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Flirtique (photos, bio, messages). By submitting content, you grant Flirtique a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service for the purpose of operating Flirtique.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Your use of Flirtique is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Flirtique is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sunset Bytes shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• User conduct or content on the platform
• Interruptions or errors in the Service

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Flirtique after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
