Community guidelines

Flirtique works because the people in it are decent. These guidelines exist to keep it that way.

The short version

Be yourself. Be kind. Don't be creepy. Don't break the law. If someone says no, respect it. That's pretty much it — but read on for the details.

The rules

1

Be authentic

Use real photos of yourself — no filters that make you look like a different person, no group shots where it's unclear who you are. Your profile should represent who you actually are.

2

Treat people with respect

Rejection is part of dating. If someone unmatches you or doesn't reply, move on gracefully. Harassment, threats, or abuse of any kind will result in an immediate ban.

3

No explicit content

Don't send unsolicited explicit images or messages. Seriously. This applies to your profile photos too — keep them appropriate.

4

One account per person

Don't create multiple accounts, especially to get around a ban. Each person is allowed one account.

5

No spam or scams

Don't use Flirtique to promote products or services, drive traffic to external sites, or run scams of any kind. Catfishing — pretending to be someone you're not — is also a ban.

6

Respect the age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use Flirtique. If we suspect someone is underage, their account will be removed immediately.

7

Keep it legal

Don't use Flirtique for anything illegal. This includes solicitation, distribution of illegal material, or any activity that violates Australian law.

Consequences

We take violations seriously. Depending on the severity, consequences include:

  • A warning and required profile update
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban (no refund of any subscription fees)
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required

Reporting

If someone is making you uncomfortable or you believe they're violating these guidelines, please report them using the flag icon on their profile. You can also report an issue here. All reports are reviewed by a real person.

Questions

If you're unsure whether something is okay, the answer is probably "don't do it". But if you genuinely want to check, get in touch.
